Why Nousena
A name rooted in memory.
In Zygovisti, where the place still speaks through earth, smoke and memory, everyone called her Nousena. She was our grandmother — a woman of the mountains, of care and of good food.
She cooked without recipes, using only instinct, experience and heart. When the time came to create our own place, the name was not a branding choice. It was continuity. It was gratitude.
For our grandmother. For all grandmothers. For the kind of warmth that stays at the table even after the meal is over.
